The C-JAM Group Foundation was created in 1999, and is comprised of several professionals from the Cleveland Metropolitan area who are focused on raising money for special needs children between the ages of two and eighteen, and who have been diagnosed with developmental challenges including, mental retardation, juvenile diabetes, autism, ADHD, and other disorders. The group was founded by Timothy and Lisa Baddger, parents who have experienced first hand, the intense stress, pressures and financial burdens of caring for two children with special needs. Their oldest daughter has a medical condition (Type 1 Juvenile Diabetics) and their youngest daughter has Mental Special Needs (ADHD, and Autism).
